Terms & refunds

China preorders

• A preorder is an item we buy from our suppliers in China for you. Each preorder shows its closing date and an expected arrival window in Ghana.
• You pay the full item price when you order.
• The price, your payment choice and the maximum later charges are fixed when you pay. We never change them on an order you have already paid for.
• Arrival dates are estimates. Shipping from China can be delayed; if it is, we text you and update your order page.

When it arrives in Ghana

• The price you pay includes shipping from China, customs clearance and duty. There is nothing more to pay when your item arrives.
• When it arrives we text you, then let you know when it's ready to collect or on its way.
• Orders placed before 16 October 2026 keep the terms agreed then: shipping and clearance (and any remaining 50% deposit balance) are billed by text on arrival, never above the maximum shown when you paid. Pay it from your order page.
• Please pay within 7 days. If it is still unpaid near the end, we send you one reminder text. If it is still unpaid after that, our team will contact you to agree what happens next.
• We hand over or deliver the item once everything due is paid. Local delivery in Ghana is a separate charge, shown before you pay.

Cancellations & refunds

• Before the preorder closes: contact us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund what you paid.
• After it closes: we have bought the item for you, so we can't cancel because of a change of mind.
• Full refund of what you paid if we can't get the item, or if it arrives damaged or not as described.
• Refunds go back to the card or mobile money account you paid with, through Paystack. They usually arrive within a few working days.

Items in stock in Ghana

• Items marked In stock are already in Ghana. Collect them or choose delivery where it's offered.
• Please check your item when you receive it. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Rentals & event design

• Rentals and event design start with a request. Your date is only confirmed once you accept our quote and pay the amount it asks for.
• Some rentals carry a separate security deposit. We return it after the items come back in good condition, or explain any deduction for damage or missing pieces.

Payments & your details

• Card and mobile money payments are handled securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• Your order number opens your order page. Keep it to yourself, like a receipt.
• We use your phone number and email only to send updates about your orders, and we don't share them for marketing.
